HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 19, 2006, a telephonic status conference was held. The respondents were
unable to appear due to a scheduling conflict. The complainants represented that the respondents
informed them that due to internal problems, the executed covenant has not yet been filed with
the Recorder of Deeds pursuant to the settlement agreement between the respective parties. The
respondents anticipate that it will be filed prior to the next status conference. The petitioners
represented that they will timely file their respective motions to voluntarily dismiss shortly after
the covenant is filed and the settlement document is executed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on January 11, 2007, at 11:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing. If, however, motions to voluntarily dismiss are filed prior to the next
status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further notice.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
