HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 19, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondent represented that discussions have been ongoing and that it
anticipates that revised permit application will be forwarded to the petitioner for its review
within 7 days. Overall, the parties have been progressing in a timely manner.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on January 18, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by
the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
