HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 17, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties have reached a tentative settlement agreement, and
are waiting for approval from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on January 17, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
