HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 16, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. After reviewing respondent’s financial information, complainant proposed a
reduced penalty to respondent. Respondent will respond within 30 days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on November 27, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
