HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 16, 2006, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner reports that a new application
is being reviewed by respondent’s technical unit.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on January 16, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
