HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 16, 2006, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone
status conference with the hearing officer. None of the parties appeared. As last
reported, complainant was preparing deposition transcripts for the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency so that a response could be prepared for a proposed settlement
agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 16, 2007. The telephone status conference will
be initiated by the complainant, but each party is responsible for its own appearance.
