HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 10, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties represented that they continue to discuss and
exchange information now that the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has
reviewed the respondent’s financial documents. By agreement, respondent’s answer is
now due to be filed on or before
November 30, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on November 16, 2006, at 1:30 p.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
