HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 10, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties continue discuss bioremediation. Petitioner is preparing a sanitized
version of the document with which it has trade secret concerns.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer on January 9, 2007, at 2:00 p.m.. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
There is an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
