HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 3, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent has sent information to complainant indicating that he is
not the property owner. Complainant is looking into this matter. If a motion to dismiss is
filed before the next status conference, the meeting shall be cancelled with no further
notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:45 a.m. on November 1, 2006. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
