HEARING OFFICER ORDER

the hearing officer. The site has been cleaned, and respondent is compiling receipts for
complainant. Complainant will send respondent a proposed stipulation and settlement
agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:15 a.m. on November 1, 2006. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
