HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 2, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondents’ attorney did not receive notice of the status
conference, and was unavailable. Complainant reports that respondents are gathering
information for the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on November 2, 2006. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
