HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 2, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s technical difficulties with getting samples at the site have been
resolved, and the sampling results should be available later this week. When the results are
reviewed, the parties will discuss how to proceed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on January 8, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
