HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 2, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have reached a tentative settlement agreement. Complainant will
finalize the written agreement and send it to respondent. If the agreement is filed with the Board
before the next status conference, that meeting shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on January 8, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
