HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 2, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent has sent detailed proposals for remediation to the city zoning
commissioner. The commissioner will determine which options are permissible under the
zoning regulations.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on November 20, 2006. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
the complainant.
