HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 28, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondent’s attorney represented that he has received additional discovery
documents requested by the complainant and has forwarded them to the complainant for its
review. It also appears that the complainant continues to review the financial documents
forwarded by the respondent.
The parties submitted a revised discovery schedule on September 27, 2006. The revised
discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows. All oral discovery, including but not
limited to, depositions and subpoenas

, must be completed on or before December
21, 2006. All final written discovery must be served on or before January 19, 2007. All
responses to final written discovery must be served on or before February 19, 2007. All
dispositive motions must be filed on or before March 16, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on November 20, 2006, at 9:45 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
