HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 25, 2006, the parties submitted a proposed discovery schedule.
The discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows. Written discovery, including
but not limited to, interrogatories and document requests, must be propounded on or
before December 15, 2006. Responses to written discovery must be completed on or
before January 31, 2007. Depositions of lay or fact witnesses must be completed on or
before March 30, 2007. Requests to admit must be served on or before April 30, 2007.
Written expert witness disclosures must be served on or before May 15, 2007.
Depositions of expert witnesses must be completed on or before June 29, 2007. All
dispositive and pre-hearing motions must be filed on or before July 31, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on November 2, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
