HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 27, 2006, a telephonic status conference was held. In summary, the
parties informed the hearing officer that discussions regarding the settlement document are in
progress. The hearing officer represented that if settlement discussions fail, a December 2006
hearing could be scheduled.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on October 19, 2006, at 1:30 p.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for
its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status
of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing
