    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On September 22, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties would like to review the Board’s order before deciding how to
    proceed with this matter. Petitioner agreed to file a 40-day waiver of the decision deadline
    within the next seven days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on October 4, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    The decision deadline is December 21, 2006.
