HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 21, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The petitioner represented that the parties are discussing this
matter in hopes to resolve the outstanding issues. The respondent made an oral motion
for an extension of time to file its record. Petitioner did not object. The respondent’s
motion was granted and the record is now due on or before November 2, 2006. The
petitioner also represented that it will file a 90-day waiver of the statutory decision
deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on December 7, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. The status conference must be
initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
