HEARING OFFICER ORDER
A telephonic status conference was scheduled for September 21, 2006. The
respondent did not appear, nor has it ever appeared as reflected in the hearing officer
orders. The petitioner informed the hearing officer via voicemail that it is awaiting the
Board’s decision on the motion to default, filed by the petitioner on August 10, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on November 9, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
