HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 20, 2006, petitioner contacted the hearing officer to request a one-week
extension of time to file its post-hearing brief. The attorney for the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency could not be reached. The hearing officer finds that the extension will not
prejudice respondent, thus the request is granted. Petitioner’s brief is now due by
September 28, 2006. Respondent’s brief is now due by October 27, 2006, and petitioner’s reply,
if any, is due by November 3, 2006.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
