HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 21, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent is planning to hire an attorney to review the
proposed stipulation and settlement agreement, and to discuss the issue of penalty
amount. Complainant does not object to giving respondent time to hire an attorney, but is
not willing to make any changes to proposed penalty amount.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on October 30, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
