HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 21, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney was unavailable. If respondent does not respond to
complainant’s penalty proposal by the next status conference, complainant may send respondent
discovery requests for financial information.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 4, 2006. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant.
