HEARING OFFICER ORDER
A telephonic status conference was scheduled for September 20, 2006. The
petitioner informed the hearing officer that it was unable to appear due to an unexpected
scheduling conflict. The September 20, 2006, was cancelled and continued to the date
and time noted below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on October 5, 2006, at 11:30 a.m. The status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible
for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss
the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
