HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 14, 2006, the petitioner made its second oral motion for an extension of
time to file its response respondent’s motion for summary judgment, filed August 14, 2006. The
petitioner represented that the respondent had no objection to the motion. Petitioner’s motion is
granted and its response is now due on or before September 18, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on November 1, 2006, at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
