HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 18, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent requested an additional 14 days to respond to
petitioner’s motion for partial summary judgment, and petitioner did not object.
Accordingly, respondent’s response is due October 6, 2006. The parties hope to
complete discovery by the end of October. Petitioner will file a deadline waiver to March
1, 2007, within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on October 31, 2006. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline for this case is currently January 4, 2007.
