NOW COMES the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency ("Illinois EPA"), by and
through one of its attorneys, Stephanie Flowers, and submits the following corrections to its post-
hearing comments filed in this matter on September 1, 2006 as directed by the Hearing Officer
Order dated September 8, 2006

1 . On page 11, a reference to 50 FR 49213, November 29, 1989 should have
read 50 FR 49213, November 29, 1985 ; and
2. On page 13, a reference to 57 FR 21526 should have read 57 FR 21528
