HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 14, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The petitioner represented that it recently forwarded additional information to
the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) for its review. The Agency represented
that it anticipates that its comments will be completed on or before October 31, 2006. The
parties were directed to file a joint status report on or before September 29, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on November 9, 2006, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discus the status of
the matter and their readiness for hearing.
