HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 14, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The respondent’s attorney represented that he has received
additional discovery documents requested by the complainant and will forwarded them to
the complainant for its review. It is noted that the meeting between the parties set for
August 29, 2006, did not take place due to respondent’s alleged lack of funds. The
parties were directed to submit a revised discovery schedule on or before September 27,
2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on September 28, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
