HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 5, 2006, the respondent filed a motion for an extension of time to file the
record in this matter. The respondent represents that the petitioner is in agreement to its motion.
To that end, the respondent’s motion is granted. The record in the above-captioned matter is
now due to be filed on or before October 23, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference on October 19, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
