HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 31, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. Also on August 31, 2006, the complainant submitted an amended
discovery schedule as directed by the hearing officer. The proposed discovery schedule
is accepted to the extent as follows. Written discovery, including but not limited to,
interrogatories, document requests and requests for admission must be propounded on or
before October 2, 2006. Responses to written discovery must be completed on or before
November 1, 2006. Fact depositions must be completed on or before December 1, 2006.
Notices of expert depositions, including but not limited to, depositions and subpoenas,
must be served on or before
December 15, 2006. Expert depositions must be completed on or before January 22,
2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on November 2, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
