HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 11, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent Allied Waste Transportation, Inc. is preparing a response to
complainant’s proposed stipulation and settlement agreement. The parties hope to resolve this
matter before the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on November 13, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
