HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 11, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney will soon meet with respondent to discuss complainant’s
proposed settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 11, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
