HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 7, 2006, the Board ruled on the outstanding motions, and issued a strict
discovery and hearing schedule. At the next status conference, a hearing will be set as prescribed
by the Board.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on October 5, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
