    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On September 7, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. A hearing was tentatively set for October 25-26, 2006. The parties hope that the
    Board will rule on the outstanding motions at the September 21, 2006 meeting so that hearing
    plans may be finalized.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 22, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    The decision deadline is December 21, 2006.
