    On September 7, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant sent a draft stipulation and settlement agreement to respondent.
    Respondent will consider the proposal and prepare a response.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on December 7, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
