    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On September 7, 2006, complainant contacted the hearing officer to report that the parties
    have reached a settlement agreement. Accordingly, the hearing set for September 12, 2006, is
    cancelled. If the proposed settlement agreement is filed with the Board before the next status
    conference, the meeting shall be cancelled with no further notice.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:30 p.m. on November 6, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
