HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 5, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties continue to discuss settlement, and petitioner will provide
respondent with additional information within the next month.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 2, 2006. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this case.
