HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 31, 2006, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone
status conference with the hearing officer. Complainant did not appear. As last reported,
complainant still needed to determine the status of the site.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:30 p.m. on October 3, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
