HEARING OFFICER ORDER
A telephonic status conference was scheduled for August 30, 2006, at 1:30 p.m. The
complainant did not appear at that time. Complainant did, however, e-mailed the hearing officer
later and stated he had a scheduling conflict. Respondent was copied on the correspondence.
The parties are directed to inform the hearing officer at the next telephonic status conference
their preference of a hearing date from the following dates. October 16 through October 19,
2006, October 30 through November 2, 2006, December 4 through December 7, 2006, and
December 18, 19, and 20, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on September 14, 2006, at 2:15 p.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
