HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 30, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondents represented that it has an executed covenant ready to be filed
with the Recorder of Deeds pursuant to the settlement agreement between the respective parties.
The respondents will forward the document to the complainants for their review prior to filing
with the Recorder of Deeds. The respondents anticipate that the document will be filed within
the next seven days. The petitioners represented that they will timely file their respective
motions to voluntarily dismiss shortly after the settlement document is executed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on October 19, 2006, at 1:45 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing. If, however, motions to voluntarily dismiss are filed prior to the next
status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further notice.
