HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 29, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondent represented that it has signed the stipulation and proposal for
settlement (stipulation) and has forwarded it to the complainant. By agreement, the respondent’s
answer is now due to be filed on or before November 3, 2006, if needed.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on October 19, 2006, at 10:15 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed
prior to the next status conference, the status conference will be cancelled without further notice.
