HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 29, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Settlement negotiations were unsuccessful. September 19, 2006 is
complainant’s deadline for filing an amended complaint and response to respondent’s motion for
summary judgment or sanctions filed on June 19, 2006.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 17, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
