HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 28, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant will wait for test results from respondents’ recent clean-up efforts,
although it appears that respondents need to do more to upgrade the system. Respondents may
submit tax returns to address the issue of financial hardship for any penalty considerations.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 30, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
