ORDER OF THE BOARD (by N.J. Melas):
The Board issued its final opinion and order in this matter on July 6, 2006. On July 25,
2006, Jane Collins, attorney for Mr. Charles St. George, filed an “Objection to the Final Order of
July 6, 2006.” The objection does not make any motion or request any relief.
If a party had filed the objection, the Board might construe it as a motion for
reconsideration. However, Mr. St. George is not a party to the proceeding and, therefore, has
only those rights specifically provided in the Board’s rules.
    See
    35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.110(b).
Accordingly, the Board acknowledges the filing and notes the objections, but will not consider or
address the merits of the arguments. The objection does not stay the time for the filing of any
party’s appeal under 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.502(c).
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board adopted
the above order on August 17, 2006, by a vote of 4-0.
    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
