HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 21, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Complainant is seeking a very small penalty amount, and the
parties expect to resolve this matter quickly. If the proposed settlement agreement is
filed with the Board before the next status conference, the meeting shall be cancelled
with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on November 21, 2006. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
