    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 21, 2006, complainant called to report that it is awaiting respondent’s
    signature on the proposed stipulation and settlement agreement. If the agreement is filed
    with the Board before the next status conference, the meeting shall be cancelled with no
    further notice.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 9:15 a.m. on September 21, 2006. The status conference shall be
    initiated by the complainant.
