HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 17, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The respondent represented that it is in the process of responding to
the complainant’s penalty demand. Over objection, the complainant’s proposed
discovery schedule was not accepted but will be discussed at the next status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on August 31, 2006, at 9:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
