HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 17, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The petitioner represented that it has forwarded a permit modification to the
respondent for review. The respondent confirmed that the permit modification is under review
and that it is working on a draft permit that will hopefully be forwarded to the petitioner within
the next 4 weeks.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on October 19, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by
the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
