HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 17, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The complainant represented that revised draft stipulation and
proposal for settlement have been sent to the respective parties. Settlement discussions
continue.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer on October 19, 2006, at 10:30 a.m. The status conference must be
initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
